The CSANZ2010 Dinner celebrates everything that is wonderful about South Australian cuisine and fine wines.

Simon will present a menu crafted from ingredients sourced first hand from local producers,
ably executed by the culinary team at The Adelaide Convention Centre.

The wines of the evening, made by Yalumba, Adelaide's oldest family owned wineries,
will be presented by the winery's raconteur and crusader, winemaker Jane Ferrari
