Transport
The Adelaide Airport is situated 7kms from the central business district and major hotels. Skylink minibuses run between the airport and major hotels every half hour from 0700 – 2200 hrs (hourly on weekends) at a cost of approximately $7.00 each way. Alternatively, a taxi ride from the Adelaide Airport to the City will cost approximately $20.00.
Currency/Banking
Banking hours are usually 0900-1600hrs, Monday to Friday. Automatic Teller Machines are well spread throughout the Adelaide business district. International credit cards are accepted throughout the country banks, most hotels and city stores.

Dress for the Meeting is smart casual.
Electricity
Australia uses a 240 volt 50 cycle system with 3 pin fl at plugs.
Goods and Services Tax
Goods and Services in Australia are subject to a 10% tax (GST). This tax is usually included in the price and if not, it is clearly stated. This tax cannot be claimed back by visitors, when leaving the country.
Name Badges
Name badges will be given to all delegates on registration. We ask that you wear your badge at all times, including social functions. Entry tickets will be given for all social and optional events.

Insurance
It is strongly recommended that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover the duration of your visit to Australia and to protect you against cancellation charges, loss or damage to your luggage and personal effects, loss of cash and medical expenses.
